The 10th Annual Mardi Gras Celebration was held on February 16, 2010 at the San Angelo Convention Center from 5:30pm - 9:00pm. This was one of three annual fundraising events hosted by Meals For The Elderly to support the work of providing a hot meal and a smile to 600 homebound, elderly clients every weekday.
