Cindy Ringer is the Branch Manager Texas State Bank in San Angelo. She is very active in the San Angelo community. In addition to serving as treasurer on the Meals For The Elderly Board of Directors, she is also involved with the United Way of the Concho Valley serving on the Community Investment Council, she is the 2008-2009 Past President San Angelo Sunrise Rotary Club and is presently a member of the Rotary Club, and she is also active with the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank and the Salvation Army as a Holiday Bell Ringer. 

When asked why she chooses to support Meals For The Elderly, she stated, "Meals For The Elderly is a very important organization.  It provides nutritious meals to the elderly.  If it was not for this organization, the elderly would not have a balanced meal each day.  It is very rewarding to deliver the meals to the clients."
