E. Angelina Osornio is originally from Menard, TX and moved to San Angelo in 1998 after graduating from high school.  Angelina is a 2006 graduate of Angelo State University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology.

Angelina has several years experience in both nonprofit and for profit management.  From 2001-2003, she was a Key Manager for Applebee's Grill & Bar.  Afterwards, she became the Registration Services Coordinator for all three La Esperanza Clinic locations.  She has been with the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council for the Concho Valley since October 2008, where she began as their Drug Free Communities Coordinator and currently serves as their Program Development Director.

Angelina has completed the Small Business Management Certificate Program with the Small Business Development Center and the Effective Employee Supervisory Certificate Program in the Extended Studies Department at ASU.  She enjoys running and playing indoor soccer.
