2026 Community Champion: Brandon Lopez
Brandon Lopez has deep roots in the Concho Valley and a genuine appreciation for the community he calls home. As a producer at Fox West Texas, Brandon helps share the stories that keep our region informed and connected, highlighting the people and moments that shape life in West Texas.
For Brandon, giving back starts with a simple belief: when neighbors take care of one another, the entire community becomes stronger. That mindset guides how he approaches both his work and his everyday interactions with others.
Having spent his life in the Concho Valley, being named a Meals For The Elderly Community Champion holds special meaning for Brandon. It represents the pride he has in this community and the people who make it such a special place to live.
Brandon enjoys helping wherever and whenever he can—whether through community involvement or simply stepping in when someone needs a hand. His willingness to support others reflects the spirit of compassion and service that helps communities thrive.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time in the outdoors fishing, diving into music as a self-described music enthusiast, and relaxing with video games.
As part of the Meals For The Elderly Community Champions program, Brandon will also participate in a ride-along with one of our volunteer delivery routes during March for Meals. Experiencing a meal delivery firsthand offers a meaningful look at the connections our volunteers build each day with the seniors they serve.
Meals For The Elderly is grateful to Brandon for sharing his heart for community and for serving as an ambassador for our mission of neighbors helping neighbors.
